Forest Park Preschool has been in existence for over 35 years and licensed by the Ohio
Department of Job and Family Services. Classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday,
September through May. We offer 2 half day classes for both the 3-4yr old class and the Pre-K class.
Each student will be exposed to a variety of learning activities designed to best prepare him/her for
the formal school experience. We encourage and maintain a very close home and school relationship.
Parents are the first educators of these children, therefore we encourage parent involvement as a volunteer,
planning and conducting holiday parties, field trip helper and occasional classroom observers.
We use many hands on activities and science experiments for a fun learning environment.
We also get a jump start on the early learning of sight words, math facts, reading and much
more to prepare your child for their Kindergarten screening. Our program has developmentally
appropriate activities that provide each child with a wide range of experiences requiring both
active involvement and quiet participation. Children are treated with love and respect in order
to give them a secure environment in which to grow and learn during their first classroom experience.
Registration for the fall begins the first of February.
Classes fill up rather quickly, so please don't hesitate.
